Guernsey Jersey and the Isle of Man (the Crown Dependencies) have today committed to further develop the accessibility and transparency of their existing central registers of beneficial ownership information for companies. They will be doing so in a way that is in line with the principles of the EU’s 5th Anti-Money Laundering Directive (AMLD 5).
