Jersey statement on the licensing of French fishing vessels

The Jersey Minister for External Relations, Senator Ian Gorst, and the Jersey Minister for the Environment, Deputy John Young,  today issued a joint statement concerning the licensing of French vessels to fish in Jersey’s territorial waters.
