Following the terrorist attacks on 22 March at Zaventem airport and Maelbeek metro station, the Chief Ministers of Guernsey and Jersey have today sent letters to the Belgian government. Their letters express deepest sympathy to the families and victims of these atrocities and solidarity with the government and people of Belgium.

Steve Williams, the Director of CIBO added: “Senthia, Sarah and I are very grateful for all the messages that we have received from friends and colleagues in the Channel Islands. Our thoughts and prayers are with the families of those who lost their lives and with the many hundreds more that were injured in these terrible attacks.”
